Airport security assessment
Airport security assessments that go past compliance
Most security assessments hand you a filing-cabinet checklist. Ours goes past compliance: one consolidated report that brings airport operations, law-enforcement, command-center and crime-prevention experience together, and gives every finding an actual remediation script.
What the assessment covers
We look at the regulatory program, the people and processes that run it, and the systems that enforce it, in one engagement.
- 49 CFR Part 1542 airport security program compliance
- Part 139 airport certification requirements that touch security and operations
- Cybersecurity of the security and operational systems themselves
- Badging operations: the badge office and the full credential lifecycle
- Insider-threat preventative controls
- Access control (ACS) design, configuration and use
- Video management (VMS) coverage, retention and response workflows
- Threat intelligence from our DeepCypher authenticity platform, including synthetic media and voice-deepfake social engineering
One consolidated report, not siloed opinions
Airport security problems rarely stay in one department. A badging gap becomes an access-control problem, which becomes a response problem in the command center. Assessments written by separate specialists tend to miss those hand-offs.
Our team combines airport experience, law-enforcement perspective, command-center operations and criminal-activity prevention mechanics, and delivers the findings as a single report your executive team, airport police and IT can all act on.
Every finding ships with a remediation script
Prioritized findings
Each issue is ranked so leadership can see what to fix first and why.
A remediation script per finding
Not a vague recommendation. The specific steps to close the gap, written to be handed to the team that owns it.
Doubles as a design document
If you are mid-build on new security systems, the assessment is written so it can guide the design of the work ahead.
From findings to fixes
Because Deol Data also designs and implements airport technology, including access control, video management, public address, FIDS, escort management software and CAD, the same team that finds a gap can close it. You are never left holding a report with no one to execute it.
Frequently asked questions
What is an airport security assessment?
An independent review of how an airport's security program, processes and systems perform against regulatory requirements such as 49 CFR Part 1542 and against real-world threats, ending in prioritized findings and a plan to fix them.
Does the assessment cover 49 CFR 1542 and Part 139?
Yes. Both are in scope, alongside cybersecurity, badging operations, insider-threat preventative controls, access control and video management.
Is this the same as a TSA inspection?
No. TSA conducts its own regulatory inspections. Our assessment is independent and commissioned by the airport, so you can find and fix gaps before an inspection does.
What do we receive at the end?
One consolidated report with prioritized findings, each carrying a remediation script. If you are in the middle of a security systems project, the report is written to double as a design document.
Can Deol Data implement the recommendations?
Yes. We design and implement airport security and operations systems, including access control, video management, PA/VA, FIDS, escort management software and CAD.
